How do I purchase tickets?
You can click on the “Tickets” link above and buy your tickets online. Or you may call 955-0555 and ask to be connected to the activities desk to purchase them over the phone. Tickets are also available at the Hale Koa Activities Desk Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm and 8:30am – 4pm on Saturday, Sundays & Holidays.


Are there any discounts?
We are offering a Military discount for all services. Please call 955-0555 to take advantage of this offer. Military or DOD ID will be required at the door the day of the event.


How can I pay for my tickets?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and ATM cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo.


Will there be food and beverages?
One complimentary drink is included in your ticket price. See the “Dining” tab above for additional options.


How is the seating handled?
You may purchase tickets at a specific reserved table. Seating at the actual table is on a first come, first serve basis.


Is there parking?
Yes, there is parking available in the hotel’s parking garage located across the street from the hotel. Additional parking is available in our Saratoga parking lot. Parking validation is $3.00.


How long is the concert?
The concert starts at 7:00 pm with One Right Turn as the opening act. Na Leo will take the stage at approximately 7:50 pm. The show should conclude around 9:30 pm.


Can I bring a camera?
Yes, but no flash photography please.


Can I bring a video camera?
Video taping of the show is not permitted.


Will there be merchandise from the musicians that I can buy at the show?
Yes, there will be CD’s and DVD’s from the artists on sale at the show.
