What artists will be appearing each night?
Each year Na Leo invites some of their favorite musicians to appear at this event, and 2009 is no exception. Special Guest line-up will be announced shortly.

How do I purchase tickets?
You can click on the “Tickets” link above and buy your tickets online. Or you may call (888) 995-5558 to purchase them over the phone. Tickets will also be available at the Hale Koa Activities Desk starting in October.

Are there any discounts?
We are offering a Military discount for all services. Please call 808-262-6300to take advantage of this offer. Military or DOD ID will be required at the door the day of the event.

How can I pay for my tickets?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and ATM cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo. Starting in October you may also be able to purchase your tickets in person using credit card or cash at the Hale Koa Hotel Activities Desk. Stay tuned for details.

Will there be food and beverages?
Yes, there will be food and beverages available for purchase at the venue. Also, please see the “Dining” tab above for additional options.

How is the seating handled?
You may purchase tickets at a specific reserved table. Seating at the actual table is on a first come, first serve basis.

Is there parking?
Yes, there is parking available in the hotel’s parking garage located across the street from the hotel. Additional parking is available in our Saratoga parking lot. Parking validation is $3.00.

How long is the concert?
The concert starts at 7:30 pm and is approximately two hours in length with a 20 minute intermission. The doors will open at 7:00 pm.

Can I bring a camera?
Yes, but no flash photography please.

Can I bring a video camera?
Video taping of the show is not permitted.

Will there be merchandise from the musicians that I can buy at the show?
Yes, there will be CD’s and DVD’s from the artists on sale at the show.
